BreakerLink was formed in April 2002, gathering over 20 years of experience into one service. Our aim is to provide a FREE online service to the general public and trade to find your vehicle parts cheaper and quicker. There are absolutely NO hidden charges and we offer a comprehensive backup service. |
| 1) What service does BreakerLink offer? | |
| Once you have entered your details regarding the parts you require, your request is instantly forwarded to a
network of independent dismantlers nationwide. Whichever of the dismantlers has your parts in stock will call/email you direct, quoting a price including
VAT and delivery. Once you have a few quotes, you may simply choose the best quote for you and then contact that dismantler direct to order
the parts required. |

| 2) Is there any charge for the service? |  |
|
| You can place your request for FREE online by placing your request here. If you would
prefer to talk to someone, please call our requests line on 09045 140173. (calls cost £1 per min from BT landline.) |

| 3) How long will my request stay on your system? | ||
| You're request will be on our system for 1 working day. If you do not hear anything after that day please
contact us and quote your reference number/phone number and we will re-send your request for you. |

| 4) How will I receive my quotes? | ||
| You will receive your quotes by telephone or by email. |
||
| 5) How long will my parts be guaranteed for? | ||
| Any parts you purchase will have at least a 30 day guarantee (Some breakers offer longer!). Please discuss with the part supplier for full details. |

| 6) Do I have to purchase any part? | |
| You are under no obligation whatsoever to purchase any parts. |

| 7) How do I pay for my parts? | |
| The dismantlers all accept credit/debit cards or you can pay by cheque. |
|
| 8) How quickly will I receive my parts? | |
| If the parts are ordered early enough in the day then usually you will receive them the next working day. |
|
| 9) Will any other companies obtain my contact details? | |
| We can assure you that we do not pass on any of your details to any other 3rd parties. |

| 10) In the unlikely event I have a problem, what should I do? | |
| In the first instance contact the dismantler direct. Thereafter, if you need any further assistance please call BreakerLink
and we will try to help resolve any problems you may have. |
