Radiators replacement
Most people would think that a radiator is used to heat something - after all, they are at home! However, in a car, they are used to help to keep the engine cool. It is found next to the vehicle's front grille and will sit just in front of the engine. The radiator has a coolant liquid running through it and this is kept cool either by the fan or by air flow. The liquid is passed through the engine to keep the components there cool. The liquid will then become warmer and will be passed back to the radiator to be cooled again. This is a continuous cycle.
The liquid is usually a blend of water, antifreeze and a product designed to prevent corrosion. It is common for the radiator fan to be used to cool the liquid when there is not sufficient airflow.
