About the Peugeot 207
Built on an evolved version of the platform used for the Citroen C3, the 207 represented Peugeot’s next move when production of the 206 ceased. This supermini was larger than its predecessor, with a focus on value, robust build, performance and safety. It had a range of petrol and diesel engines – with the latter being nice and economical. The Peugeot 207 was available as a three of five door hatchback, 207 SW, 207 GTi, 207 van and the 207 CC with retractable roof. New car sales ended when the Peugeot 208 took over the mantle.
