Ford has a reputation for making solid, reliable vehicles. The Ford Focus is a very popular medium-sized family car. Whilst its sheer ubiquity may put some people off, the good news is that there are lots of Fords – and therefore lots of used car parts – around. This makes maintenance issues much easier.

The Focus range typically has excellent fuel economy (diesel is better with the larger engines, from 1.8 litre upwards – some of these can manage over 70mpg). It is also great to drive and very spacious. General consensus is you won’t be disappointed and repairs should be minimal.

According to the Motoring press, Mercedes are ready to set the car world alight once again with their new GLA, which is being touted as a serious SUV styled for the younger generations. Some may claim that this is so called “lite” version of the famous Mercedes GL class SUV transport – a vehicle that’s been a favourite with the market and the critics for a number of years. With its formal release not planned until the Frankfurt Motor Show in mid September, the motoring media are a-buzz with their previews of the car. Land Rover – 65th Anniversary Celebrations

Land RoverLand Rover are without question one of the most iconic car brands. On April the 30th 2013 this well known off-road vehicle manufacturer is celebrating their 65th anniversary. Their cars, well known for their reliability, have become loved and used all over the world and there is no country on earth where you won’t find their legendary vehicles helping run small farms and businesses.
